What does it mean ?

The parties will divide their respective personal property and each of the parties shall hereafter own, have and enjoy independently of any claim or right of the other, all real property, personal property, intangible property and property which is partly real and partly personal, of every kind and wheresoever situate, now or hereafter owned or held by him or her, with full powers to dispose of same as fully and effectually, in all respects and for all purposes, as if he or she were unmarried.
