I live in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. Few days ago, a property development staff from the town went into my "FENCED-IN" backyard without any type or shape of nitification to check on my backyard when no one was at home. According to the staff, she has the right to get into anyone's property anytime to do her job.
Just wondering do they really have that kind of "SUPER POWER" to entre anyone's property whenever they want? Please advise. Thank you very much.
