As a young man i was hard headed . i got seatbelt ticket that i refused to pay, then several(like 7 dus charges) almost 15 years has gone by, and still i cannot get my license back.I have been trying to clean up my life for the last 6 to 7 years and i realy need my license back for work as i am a mechanic.as you can imagine it is dificult to get a wrenching job without it ,and burger king and such jobs would hardly pay half my bills ,let alone the thousands that i need to pay to get license back.
my question is ,are there no statutes on how long they can hold my license? or what can i do to get them back?paying is out of the question as i cant even afford to feed myself because of lack of good work.are there ways of dealing with the dmv to make payments, and letting me pay as i can when i find good job?
I dont mind paying them, after all its my fault. but i CANT pay them
