Question I have been married twice. First husband passed away. Leaving a home and three teenage daughters. Few years back I re-married he has three children. A couple of years ago we went a did a quick claim deed. So that I could get a the veterans deductions on my home taxes. Because my husband is a veteran. Now does this quick claim deed make him also part owner of the home?
