Hello,
About two years ago I signed a quick claims deed in front of an attorney that was helping get some money that was owed by my ex husband. Well I am wondering what is going to happen now that he has signed his part back to the getleman who we were purchasing the house from, since my ex never registered the quick claims at the county court. According to the Assessors office there was never a quick claims registed, now the person who we were buying the house from wants me to either start making the payments or sign a quick claim deed for him. If I start making the payment and the orginal quick claims deed shows up what grounds would I have to stand on? I hope this makes since.
Thanks for your advice
