Racial Slur

Is this a racial slur? Calling a black person a "Black Boy" during work. Had
an argument in a truck and we called each other names. What can he do to me and what are the consequences. He also has it voice recorded digitally of me
saying it like he wanted me to. No police report was written but my dispatcher
or human resources knows. What measures can i prevent any court battle for
nonsense people trying to steal your lunch money.

Your post is very hard to decipher. Are you the one who used that phrase, or are you the one it was used against?

In any case, a single instance of name calling is not enough for a discrimination claim. Your employer can take whatever disciplinary action they like against two employees getting into a name calling fight including firing you, but unless there's a great deal more to the story than you have told us, this isn't going to get anywhere near a court.

I was the one calling him a racial slur but i did not take it as one. No police was called into
action. Only real evidence he has is a digital voice recorder and a text to his dispatcher. He did go to the Motel I believe at his own expenses more likely a free stay (coupon). The company we work for would pay for his motel stay but it seems he did not tell his dispatcher.

He can complain to Human Resources about you. He does not need proof, though a tape recording would seem to be pretty good proof. HR can take whatever action they like, up to and including firing you. However, as I said, a single instance is not enough for him to file a legal claim against you, particularly if you are disciplined by the employer.

I don't have the faintest idea what you are talking about regarding the motel.

Im not sure why he went to motel but i think he wanted to get away from me or just take
a shower. Could he use his motel stay and take it to court? He said his motel stay was free and doubt he paid a one night for it.

I don't have a clue what you're talking about. WHAT motel stay? How does a motel stay have anything to do with your using a racial slur?

Anyone can sue for anything so I suppose he could sue you for the price of the motel stay but it's got nothing at all to do with racial slurs.
