Re-hearing

I left court today extremely upset. My lawyer did not ask questions I posed to her during the hearing and she did not bring up any of the issues I had previously discussed with her. Because of a prenuptial he walked away with everything and I walked away with bills. But I do not understand because in the prenuptial it stated that all properties titled in both parties names becomes marital property. His lawyer said that the property in question was purchased by him through inheiritance which I was not intitled to so the property should be his. He titled the property in my name, which I never asked him to do so should not that have made it maritial property. And since he titled it in my name is that not the same as gifting it to me. I would like a new hearing with a different lawyer. However I am not financially able to handle this since all I have are bills that take a large portion of my income and within a short period of time I have to leave this home and find a place to live but no funds to pay for that either. We were married for 7 years. I lived with him for 3 years prior to the marrage and during this entire time I have worked part time and gave all I earned to our lives, while he in turn mostly contributed to himself only. What can I do to try and revise all this.
