ok first let me start by calling the excutor my younger sister A my older sister is B
My dad died in aug of 2000 and my mom revocable living will trust has A as excutor. This did not set well with B. So after a few months B got my mom to quit deed the house to her by telling her she could not afford the property taxes so my mom quit deed the house to B. this house was paid for and B already used up about 200,000 dollars of my moms money but told my mom it was all for the remodeling of the house NO IT WASNT we all know this. I have proof of all the money and transfers from my moms account to B's account by the way has five I know of bank accounts that is. I tried to tell my mom what B was doing but she felt if she rocked the boat B would leave and mom would be alone. I heard her threaten to move out when I confronted B.
after a while B took out a 102,000 dollar loan against the house. Then told my mom it was all spent on the house no it wasnt the most that was spent was maybe 3,000 dollars to get house painted inside and out. Then B had landscaping done to the house for 16,000 dollars I know she never paid for. Ok so now we are up to a few months back. Now this house was supposedly paid for. mom had dads social security checks, my brother had income, he is mentally disabled but still worked, and B who works and makes good money. but she told my mom that they stay in the house if she wants to give up going out for dinner etc...... and live real tight...... so B's idea is to sell the house they sold it for nearly 300.000 dolllars and B had to pay off the first 102,000 loan when they sold the house. I asked where did all that money go my mom never had five dollars to spend neither did my brother. but the 102,000 money disapppeared just like the the money 200,000 my mom had before my dad died . I do have all this I can prove.
So, they were thinking of buying a manufactured home mom is 82, B is almost 60 and brother is 55. B told mom it would depreciate who cares at there age...... I mean really,,,,, now my question is when they sold the house these two papers were both filed one is a certificate of trust filed by mom the same trust I have been talking about which all the assests were to be divided equally between us old children the other is a another quit claim deed stating B is owner of real property mom signed it. the beneficiares of the trust is my mom . Question is B in charge of the all the assests now and A was shut out.
It is the same trust my mom signed in aug of 2000. I am so confused see B and I are not on speaking terms since she sold the only thing that meant anything to mom and dad worked his whole life for the house and its gone and so is most of the money. I could tell you so much more. I just want to know who is in charge of monies made from the house. A told me they cant afford to get a house now no money left... Please help,,,
I am going to attorney generals site and have B checked out if I have too. My mom had ovarian cancer last year it was going on 3 months and mom saw no doctor B was suppose to take care of it ..well she never made any appt for her. I went over there called the doctors to make her a appt. I really believe if I hadnt my mom would be dead.
I truly believe B did bodily harm to my dad and so do other family members.. but no one will speak up. Thats why B dont like me or want me around I know to much. Is A and I entilted to any of this fortune B is making off my mom or what.
