If the potential home buyer (VA loan, Oregon) is educated and Internet-savvy on property research and willing to attend showings alone before selecting one to make an offer on, can a residential specialist real estate attorney handle earnest monies, appraisals, inspections, and closing paperwork as well as a buyer's agent? We are in no hurry to buy and have no house to sell. Am I making a complicated process too simplistic, or is this the way it should be?
