In Texas if your divorce decree stated that the ex got the house, you took no equity, signed it over to her, she was to refinance into her own name. That was over 2 years ago now. Spousal support payments were made thru last July (18 months) in order to give her time to do this. She has made no attempt to do this. What recourse is there so my credit can be freed up (debt/ratio)? Surely I don't have to remain attached to this forever. Thanks

File a motion stating that she is in contempt of the judgment in the lawsuit.
