Two weeks ago i broke up with my fiance after i caught him cheating, with that said ill start from the begining. My ex let for militry training at the end of aug. and returns to nebraska at the end of nov. I had suspitions that he was doing something so i asked and it pissed him off. he called me names ( B**ch,Cu*t, Wh**E ect) he even told me to F***ing leave nebraska. I tried to talk to him but he wouldnt answer. I called him on a thursday night and his girlfriend answerd the phone and cursed me out. I finally got ahold of him and he denied everything. the next morning he lied again and said it was a nco and some instructors messing with me. he told me he loved me and missed me, and that we were together. that monday i got a message from blockbuster saying if my movie were not returned i was going to be charged, well i didnt rent any movies so i called the blockbuster where my ex was and got a copy of th movies that were rented. one of them gave me suspitions so i got a copy of my phone bill and found numbers that mde me question. i called one and it turned out to be his girlfriend, she again cursed me out and then handed my ex the phone. he told me we were over and to leave him and his girlfriend alone.
now we were living together and were renting a house, both our names are on the lease and the lease is up in december. he paid the first three months and i was going to pay the last three. i paid october and then was told by him to leave as i stated above.
the utilities are in his name. I have moved all my stuff out of the house.
i have asked that he leave me alone, which is what he asked me to do and i did. his mom and him have both been telling me that if i dont do this or that then the cops will be called, and that i shouldnt do anthing because he is friends with the county sheriffe.
he told me that if i dont pay the last two months of rent and bills that hewill take me to court. he siad that he can get me for the bills and rent that he has been paying since we lived there and will take me for more then just rent and bills.
my mom told me that i need to fire a resraining order against him and his mom becase they keep threatening to call the cops on me, and wont stop contatcting me afer i have asked them more then once to stop.

and about the rent, i am not one to just leave but after talking to family and friends i amjust confused. since my name is on the lease i have to pay my half.
but i am also being told that since he told me to leave ( and i have all the text's and email from him telling me to leave), i dont have to pay anthing.
i am so confused please some one help i just want some advise. i really dont like to be caught up in leagal matters and dont want to be.
