in today's hard market I am using a realtor / purchaser,
we were going to close today 9/11, contract expires on 9/12 midnight.
and due to the hurricane it was
put off till 9/18. as we are having a hurricane I went to board up and found the
locks changed and substantial changes to the house, for 1 the slab was leveled.
I cannot remove my last personal belongings, or secure the place.
since the agent took it upon himself to jump the gun do I have rights on
personal belongings left, does the agent assume responsibility for securing
and damage due to locking me out?
is this possibly something I should low key as the home was on the market 6 months?
property location, Houston (Harris) Texas
