My divorce was final about 3 months ago. I have joint custody of two children and am the primary custodial parent. I am trying to move from Oklahoma to McKinney, Texas (approx 200 mis). I have given notice to my ex in writing of my intentions. I have now been served with a summons to appear for Modification in Custody arrangements. Can he prevent me from moving or taking my children? What are the possibilities here?
