Me and my brother look alike and he is on the run for domestic violence with great bodily injury. The police raid my moms house and beat me then they charge me with receiving stolen property. I get billed out and by the time I go to court I'm no longer busted for receiving stolen property now I got two charges for obstruction of justice.my other brother who was not on the run was also beat up and taken to jail for obstruction of justice he was released later that night I have surveillance from the house that shows what the cops said In there report is a lie. 3 days after I got out on bail the same officer came back to my moms house this time when he tried walking into the garage I stood in front of him and asked for a warrant. he then pushed me down hit me on the side and handcuffed me I called for my niece and told her to keep an eye on him so he didn't hit me no more. to my surprise my niece started recording. the video shows the cop walking out of the garage then he takes me to the cop car checks my fingerprints then he kissed me and starts to threaten me by saying he don't care if no one is on probation or parole he doesn't need a warrant to kick my doors down

Talk to a lawyer in your county or file a complaint with the police agency involved.
If you're smart, don't taunt or agitate the police. Just keep the doors less, and without a warrant, they can't come in your home.
That said, if parolees and probationers live in the home, the police do have a right to enter and search at 2:00PM or 2:00AM.

So, plead not guilty, stop talking, take a low profile, ask for a lawyer, work with your lawyer to fix this mess.
