Reckless Driving by College Cop.....

I have a white 91 Mazda RX-7. The car is stock except for a modification to the exhaust that was done before I owned the car. The car was purchased last June and everything worked in it. Unfortunately my other car blew its transmission in December last year leaving me without a car. I therefore had to run my RX-7 in the winter.

Fast forward to April or so (I forget the exact date).

KK. So my car has developed an exhaust leak at the muffler. I have also noticed that the car is getting only 8 MPG instead of the ~20MPG I got when I got the car. I take my car over to my friends house to try and see what I need for the exhaust and luckily it is just a gasket and 2 new bolts and nuts.

His neighbor brings his truck over to get his transmission fluid replaced. After his transmission is done I have to back up my car to let the truck out. I go ahead and follow the truck to make sure everything is ok with no leaks.

At the top of the hill a college student swears to go into the alley and locks up all 4 tires on her car. The college cop sees this and does nothing. After my friend pulls out in the truck I pull up to exit the alley since it is 1 lane. The college student again tries to enter the alley only to slam on the brakes again. At this point I rev my engine to give the car enough power to clear the hill and go down the street.

When I let out on the clutch my clutch squeals do to the previous owner not lining the clutch up correctly. I then proceed to go down the hill and make a left turn. Once I make the left turn the college cop comes flying up behind me and pulls me over.

When I inquire as to what I had done wrong he stated that I spun my tires and was fishtailing in the road. I tried to explain to the officer that how the car is since the car was not running even at stock power the car couldn't spin its tires at which point he claimed to have worked on dozens of my car's type. I proceeded to just take the ticket.

Currently I am going to court about it. In the police report he stated that I was yelling out my window, spinning my tires leaving over 25 feet of blackmark, and fishtailing in the road. My car had a seized caliper on the driver side which was why I was getting only 8 MPG, my car has a limited slip differential which means that both my tires spin at the same speed by locking down when wheelspin is detected, the tire that allegedly left the black mark had 70% tread on it when the other tire has 5%, and the car has assisted steering in the rear. Just because of that if my tires were spinning on a hill like that coming out of a turn the car would have done a donut not a fishtail. Also the driver tire is the alleged tire that spun and it was the one with the seized caliper.

I need to know what I can do to prove to the judge that this is impossible for my car to do....

Also this cop has been caught lieing in court to a judge before and this is not the first time that he has accused me of traffic violations. Previously he stated that I was trespassing on college property, which he illegally trespassed me from since at the time the law stated that children of staff members could not be trespassed, while it was 10pm, raining, from a car into a the car that I was supposedly in, from over 50 feet away. He also stated that I ran 3 stop signs and pulled me over 8 blocks from any of them. He has also been caught looking into the girls dorm windows and threatening the girls that if they tell he will have them kicked out of school. This cop is dirty and I just do not want to lose my license when I didn't do anything wrong and when I haven't been able to find work since August last year. I have always owned up to things I did in the past if I was speeding or something but since I got this car I know it goes over 140 mph stock and I know that I could seriously hurt someone if I speed. Also it is a edition of the car. I do not understand why this is happening.

Any help is appreciated....

If that is true and you can prove any of it then get yourself an attorney and watch this all disappear.

Everything else you are saying is completely irrelevant. You admit to driving an unsafe car with all kinds of problems which does not help your argument. I don't think anyone is going to be interested in your lengthy explanation of all the problems the car has. The question will then just be about why you were driving it in the first place.

The car is safe. All I said that is isn't running well. and that 1 tire was put on it because I had a blowout and had to get to a shop to get a new tire mounted. The car passes inspection and will still pass inspection at this exact moment. The caliper only effected gas mileage and actually stopped the car faster since it was always applying full brake. I talked with the public defender and he said that I can get a plea of Failure to start from stop. Should I just take this to court or take the plea and pay the fine. Also in WV when you pay fines you have to pay court fees even if you never step into a court room so saving money isn't an option in regards to that.

Also the public defender that I talked to has caught him in lies in front of the judge...
