Reckless Driving in Florida - Discovery Rights

I received a reckless driving citation in Florida (Criminal Charge). I went to my arainment and pled not guilty and they set up a trial date. How can I go about filing a motion for discovery. I want to get all the officer's notes. Is there a form online that I can use to mail to them? Please help me out in how to do this. I'm a college student and I can't afford an attorney. Thank you.
