Reckless driving ticket

I got reckless 91-65 and unsafe lane change in nc. The unsafe lane change he said Assumes I was waving in and out of traffic which I never did. This was a 4 lane highway I was on far left and he was on far right in front of another car which he can't see me when I used my signal light to switch to far right and when going back to left lane I speed up and didn't I was doing 91, he was driving unmarked car. I switched to far left lane forgot my indicator and he pulled me over. My driving record is clean first time getting this what are my chances??

You will probably want to talk to a traffic law attorney to see what the attorney might be able to do for you. He/she will try to get you the best outcome possible.

You won't qualify for traffic school with that offense. Good legal council might help to reduce the charge and allow for traffic school which keeps the offense off your record.
Either way this will be expensive for you.
