Reconciled - Need to end legal separation

Hello - I am from Columbus Ohio..my husband and I were legally separated over a year ago. We have since reconciled and want to end the legal separation agreement. I contacted my lawyer and he told me that he really did not know what to do because he has never had this happen before...most cases end in divorce. He told me to come in and we would figure things out but it would cost 300.00.

We were just wondering if there was some type of paperwork my husband and I could file with the court to dismiss the separation....how would we go about doing this...thanks in advance.

Pay the lawyer.

You paid a great deal more for the legal separation.

$300 is pretty cheap to make sure it's done correctly.

You can do it pro se, call the court and ask them for the forms required.

I agree. You guys paid more than $300 to get this way, I would think you can make him pay $300 to get you out of it!
