Reconciling a traffic ticket warrant-help

I received a traffic ticket 10 years ago while driving through NY. I didn't respond to the ticket (My father had a heart attack and ticket wasn't my first concern)

Now I want to make payments (i'm sure with fines). How do I proceed without getting arrested?

Check with you DMV to see if there is anything showing on your record. Then you can contact the clerk of the ocurt that issued the ticket to see if they are showing anything.
You will not be arrested.
