I am a resident of Salt Lake City, Utah. I have/had a friend that was in between homes. He had broke up with his girl friend and needed a place to live. He stayed with me six months, roughly. He is now living with his new girlfriend. He owes me a large sum of money. He left some possessions that are worth some money. My question to you is: Can I legally change my locks? Can I sell his possessions to recoup my money?
