Our Mother left 6 kids the house.My sister decided to let a neice live there for $250 a month.After 3 months paying she stopped and we found out after getting her out that she left us with unpaid electrical bills and also unpaid rent,and water and sanitation.Totals up to about $2800.
I was told that all 6 of us have to agree to go after this money in small claims court and my sister,her mother refuses.
Can I go after the money that I believe she owes me 1/6 of the $2800?
