Can someone be arrested for failure to pay a red light ticket? How legal ars red light tickets? Do municipalities have a legal right to enforce red light tickets? Thanks
 
Arrested? Not likely. However it is possible that a warrant could be issued for which you would receive a citation.
I believe the laws on traffic cameras are still evolving and the laws regarding them can vary by jurisdiction.
If there are signs up in the area informing of photo enforcement I would bet that the cameras in use are probably quite legal. If there aer no signs, ask a local attorney about your state's traffic laws regarding cameras.
