I got a red warning for driving over the speed limit, the officer only asked me to see my driver license, insurance and the rental car documents. I just want to know if this red warning can be a problem for me later when getting a new visa or doing any other kind of citizen ship paperwork.
I never got asked to show my visa.

Probably not. I'm not sure what you mean by a Red warning, but it sounds like a regular traffic citation. But a citation for speeding is a moving violation, not a criminal act. Criminal acts are the things you would need to worry about in regards to a visa. The only time a traffic offense would become a problem is if you had done something that got you hauled off to jail. If you were goign about 40 miles per hour faster than the limit (for example, going 100 in a 60) then that might be a problem. But if he just gave you the citation, and you went on your way, then you are fine.

I know that in some countries moving violations are considered criminal acts, and even being at fault for an accident can get you arrested, but that is not the case in the US, unless there is something else wrong as well. For example, if you pull out in front of someone and cause a wreck, you would not be arrested unless someone was killed or you were intoxicated.
