Hey, first off thanks for any and all help! Also I am located in WI, the seller is located in IL, and the package is coming from CA

My wife bought some tickets on an online scalper website, and overpaid almost 3x. I contacted the website (ticketsnow.com) literally as soon as I could to see if I could get the order canceled and they said they would get in touch with the guy they're buying them from and then get back with me. Instead of getting back to me they just sent her the email with the tracking number.

I doubt there is any way out of this, but if I refuse to accept the package will that allow me to contact my bank and ask for a charge back/refund?

Thanks again!

If you paid by credit card, contact your bank and reverse the charges based upon fraud and deceit. It is likely that selling tickets that far over face value isn't legal in your jurisdiction. The bank isn't going to argue with you. I would make sure you can reverse the charges before you refuse the package. Otherwise you may send the tickets back and still pay for them.

Sorry I left that part out...

After I contacted ticketsnow.com and they said they were going to try and cancel the order, I contacted my bank (Wells Fargo) while the charge was still pending and requested they cancel it. They said they couldn't do it...which was a rather large shocker to me, and I will be changing banks as soon as I get a chance if this transaction actually completes.

And also:
Otherwise you may send the tickets back and still pay for them.

thats what I am asking haha. Thanks for the quick reply though!
