My son who is 23 introduced me to his current gf that he met at community college, he lives with me in the house to save on rent and I have heard them have "relations". While visiting a HS school to install computer equipment I saw her, she was a senior there, it turns out that she is taking college classes for credit and that she is only turning 17. I asked my son about her again casually and as far as he knows shes a college student. Knowing my son I believe that he has no idea this girl is in HS, and they only see each other when he takes classes early evening. I don't know what to do, I don't want my son to go to jail if he does not know shes a minor, if I tell him and he does the right thing and breaks up with her, what if she presses charges and says she was seduced by an older man? She does not look young, but she does not try to look older with heavy make up or anything. Any advice would be helpful.
