Relative Moochers

I have a friend that has three relatives living in his home. They have never payed rent, helped with utility bills, bought food, never contributed at all in the upkeep of the home in any way. These relatives have made the living environment filthy. They do not clean, they just sit take up space and eat the food that is brought in. Nothing is in their name. My friend is the owner and paying the mortgage. This has been going on for years (6). What can my friend do legally in Colorado to move these moochers out of his home. He is at his wits end. The home conditions are so horrible it is becoming a health hazard. My friend is 62 years old, disabled both physically and also has a slight mental disability as well. He will soon need to move to an assisted living facility and would like to rent the home to dependable renters for extra income, he is on a very small fixed income. Thank You for any help!

i`m not an expert but this seems kinda straight forward, why can`t your friend notify them to leave with an a set period of time after that time call the police have them evicted.
