Release of rights

Hi, I am looking for a form to have the ex sign to take
his name off our rental lease. The landlord referenced
it as a "release of rights", could it be called something
else???
Once he signs & dates this, can I immediately remove
him from the property or do I have to wait a predetermined
amount of time???

1. Why don't you work out with your husband his leaving the premises

2. Why would you want to take your name off the lease before he's gone? Tell him you'll get him off the hook ifor the rent if he leaves.

3. The question is whether the landlord will remove the ex from the lease entirely and whether this is acceptable to you that you'll have responsibility for the entire lease. If it's fine, just execute a new lease and end the old one.
