My exhusband and I got divorced 3 years ago. The papers were filed in Tennessee where I lived, he lived in Alabama. Since then we have both moved to different states. We have 2 children, I am the custodial parent. Is the visitation part of the divorce decree valid since neither lives in the same state as that stated in the papers?

Yes, the visitation is still valid until one of you requests a modification.
