Remarriage with no Marital Agreement

My husband and I are both widowed and have been married for 11 years. We each have three children from our first marriages. My husband will not sign a Marital Agreement and he wants to put everything we have in both our names. I own our home (paid for) and he has investments and accounts that he has put his children's names on as beneficiaries. My concern is this: If I were to die first, everything would go to him and after he dies, everything would go to HIS children. My children would be left out of everything. I'm considering putting my house into my children's names. My husband and I are both 69 years old.
