I was arrested 4AM,dark and raining , --1/2 hour prior to arrest,- an unidentified , person came up to my window,directed a bright light in my eyes ,saying something to me - I could not hear , {I had stopped for a break}, . I believe he was trying to communicate through the window he caught me by surprise , I cant really remember WHAT I said to him, I can only {think} what I would have said -get away ,- what do you want- who are you . The initial surprise {him coming up to window} lessened. I hit the window button, lowered window slightly,1/2 inch .Then, I heard clearly what he was saying. Open it all the way or i'll smash it .INSTANT fear I stepped on the gas and got
out of there . Well , it turns out , that was a cop . I went 8/10 ths of a mile watching my rear view mirror , to make sure nobody was following , backed into a driveway. I wanted to see if someone had followed and who it was now that I was not defenseless. No one ever came by,MY thought was robbery and they were not going to follow me -they would be long gone -5 minutes has gone by ,still have not seen one car on this road I started to pull out ,car was stuck. Now 1/2 hour has went by .THE police show up- I thought they were investigating ,WELL what I was doing in somebodies driveway ,middle of the night ,
WELL I got arrested .. felony eluding, I had to use public defender,HE was totally useless .Judge excused trial counsel and appoints different appeal counsel -- because no requests objections or motions were ever made by defense {ME},{what was the attorney for}there"s nothing on record . to appeal verdict, or prove poor attorney . I just want to simply demonstrate, what I thought my attorney was suppose to do. What the officer testified UNDER OATH .I was going 100mph through intersection ,cut a car off, ran a red light while pursuing me . I only want one thing, which the jury never heard. THE PROBABILITY. all of what he is saying,took place in under 1 MILE . I was parked ,I speed off, get up to100 mph come to complete stop, BACK UP , and HE was in high speed pursuit lost visual, called off pursuit.[distance never mentioned -8/10 mile
