Hi & Many Thanks in advance,
What if i decided to remodel a bedroom, stucco the exterior walls of my house and later i'm told i needed to pull permits.
I just got a letter from the city asking me to get permits or take the bedroom and the exterior walls to its original condition.
The question is can i ignore the letter, and if so what can the city make me do and what are the consequences, what can the city legally make me do, i'm by now almost done. please help???

They can fine you. It probably would be much cheaper to call the city and apply for a permit.
