Hello,
I sued my former landlord in small claims court and won. He has not appealed, nor has he attempted any kind of payment. We have a judgment debtor hearing scheduled and I was checking up online about my options for collection of judgment. I read something saying that if he owns rental property that I could collect on that. Is this true for Los Angeles county, CA? This would be the easiest way for me because he is a very deceitful individual. If I am able to collect from his tenants, what kind of information would I need to bring to the court to start this process?
Thank you very much!
