Rental Foreclosure

The owner of the house I rent has gone into foreclosure. What are my rights and how long do I have to get out? I rent month to month. Should I continue to pay my rent to the management company?

It depends on your state but this is happening so often, many renters are finding they have no rights. If you left a deposit, I would use that for your last months rent. If the mgmt company is handling this how did it manage to go into foreclosure? I would be careful on paying them. You could come home one day and have a notice to vacate within 2 weeks on your door. Ask them what is going to happen to your deposit.
