I rented a room to a man who turned out to be nothing but trouble. I asked him to leave but he says he does not have too and since then he has provoced me with all kinds of offesive accusations, and threats, plus staying up all night making all kinds of loud noice to harass me. He wants me to hit him so he can have me arrested. He will not leave and the police won't do anything. I have to live in my bedroom to get away from him. I own my home, and have no rights. The tenents seem to have all the rights even if they are doing illegal stuff like doing drugs, having drug friends over, threating to destroy my home and beat me up. Why is it I can't just have him removed? This is insane. An evicting can takes months and my life and home are in danger.
