rented tuxes and need help

i rented 6 tuxes from a company and the company gave us the different shirts. we all couldnt get there to pick them up together so the day of my wedding i find this out. later in the day my pants split open. on both occasions i called to complain they said they would have new stuff brought to the hall, never did. they said they would take care of us and never did wait they gave me a $40 refund and said they would refund only the shirts on the 2 other tuxes. i was completely embarrased by this my pictures were taken with extreme care to hide thier fault. can i go after them for a complete refund on all the tuxes and am i entitled to more compension for the embarrasement????? thanks

Sue for the actual dollar amount of damages you suffered.

No punitive damages are allowed in small claims (general rule).

so i can sue for the whole package of the 6 tuxes? or only the 2 that where wrong and my pants. nothing else? thank you for you help.
