renting a home that is for sale

I am currently renting a home that has been put up for sale. I need to know my rights as far as having people enter my home when I am not here to show them or the owner is not available. I have no idea who is entering my home when I am not here.. Shouldn't I be notified?

Most state's require that you should have a 24 hour notice. And no...the law does not require you to be there as long as the landlord or his agent is present.
