hubby moved out last yr and left me with the kids and bills. couldnt afford van payment,so they repo it and sold it for 12k. third party collection agency coming after me for remaining 10k. i was cosigner, ex was primary. have since found out that they can freeze my bank accounts in pa if they get a judgement gainst me. do they have the right to freeze my 16 yo daughters account that I am a guardian on. she is not legally old enough to have her own account. how are u supposed to live if they freeze the account? gas, food for kids etc....any help would be appreciated. oh I live in Pa.

The only thing they want is $$ and if they can get it from you easier then they will-- if He has no $$ and they are unable to get anything outta him, they will go to you.
