My son, who is an adult, has to let his new truck be repoed or he has to turn it in...he also has damaged it and did not have any insurance.
I am sending him an older truck so he will have something to drive. he will transfer this truck into his name.
My question is: if he is sued by the loan company can they take this older 1986 truck from him in a Judgement against him for the payment. This will be his only vehickle to get back and forth to his jon.
