I was planning on starting a small business. I would buy copyrighted kids stickers (e.g. Disney, Barbie etc) items from an established company www.medibadge.com in the US and resell them to Music schools in this part of Canada. I am assuming that the wholesaler has a license for the sticker designs it sells and thus can legally resell. Can I, as a reseller still be able to extend to my use the wholesaler's license and not get into any copyright problems when I resell to clinics in Canada? Will the wholesaler/licensee be inclined to show me, if I ask for proof, of their license if when when I place an order?
