We are looking into purchasing licensed products, grouping them with other merchandise, and reselling the group as a "kit".
Is there anything needed from us, other than assuring that the purchasing of the licensed products is from a licensed distributor and the merchandise is truly licensed? In addition, we would not claim to be a licensed dealer, nor would we have any affiliation with one.
