responsibility for removal of items

my landlord and i are having mutually agreed "falling-out."

as the date approaches for the house to be vacated i am becoming increasingly concerned because i am also having a falling-out with my live-in girlfriend.

she did not sign the lease, although she is referred to in the lease as being allowed to live there.

i have told her repeatly of the date that her things need to be removed (november 30th), and i fear that this is going to become a problem.

if at all possible i would like to exhaust all means possible myself and not involve my landlord in this complication...if anyone has any suggestions they would be sincerely appreciated.

I assume you mean that your girlfriend does not intend to move out when you do?
That is fine.... so long as you are out as agreed, your landlord will have to follow through with the eviction of your girlfriend is she doesn't bug out. It won't effect you at all... other than a rough spot in your relationship, but that will be her fault for not packing it up.

Is taht the question you were getting at? You never did actually ask one...
