Lease on the apartment which they live in his name only! The electric bill and everything is all in is name!! There no violence on his part and thru history!! It just all verbal!!! He pays all the bills and she unempoloyed!! She not been there for couple days!! But her stuff still there!! Which person will have to leave? If the one that pays all the bills!! Can he turn electric and cable off? Also can turn notice to apartment to get out of lease?

If he is asked to leave due to a restraining order, yes, he can turn off the utilities in his name.

He can also ask to be let out of the lease.
Of course, that decision is up to his landlord.

He could also bring an action to evict her.
She has no legal standing to stay in his apartment.

If he does get her evicted, he can return to the unit.
