restraining orders

I received judgement today for a restraining order. However, the judge only gave her a 90 day restraining order. She physically caused harm by kick me on the face, which caused two of my teeth to loosen. My question is, why did she order only 90 days? Is this because I moving out. She is my neighbor.

There is usually a limit on how long these are in place. If you are moving away, it may not be necessary for longer than that anyway.
