Is there a procedure to apply for a restricted license in Ohio after receiving a hardship license in Indiana? Or do you just drive on the Indiana license until the suspension expires and then apply for a new Ohio license?

Thanks

When you apply for a new license in Ohio, they'll most likely want you to be able to obtain a "Clean" license from Indiana. There is reciprocity to prevent people who get a license suspended/revoked from one state to simply apply and get a new clean license from another State.

However, I could be wrong. This is the procedure of someone living in Illinois who had their licenses revoked in Michigan. Illinois demands you get a clean bill of health from Michigan.

Hope I'm not too confusing! Again, you can check with attorneys in your area.
