Return of money from wage garnishment?

I recently was claimed exempt during my hearing for wage garnishment from a judgement from a credit card company. My question is where is the money that was withheld from my check and how long til i recieve it?

Have you talked to your HR dept? do you have the paper work stating you are exempt? If so hand it into the HR Dept. Or contact the courts and see if there was ever a release of garnishment issued yet
