i have perfect credit @ bought a car pruis hibread i cant pay on anymore so i need to know if yhey get it back can they put a lean on my house i owe 5000.00 or can they garnish my wages @ the sheriff dept where i work

Yes, they can. They probably will need to obtain judgment against you first, but based on what you've posted above, they should have no problem doing that.

I would strongly recommend you look closely at the terms of your contract before you default on it. Some are very onerous.
