My husband and i started a job with an employer and he had no contract with us first. After a few months he brought up this contract and it was either sign up or leave, so we signed it. He has since made life miserable for us and wants us to return sign on bonus which we are willing to do but he also wants us to return production bonus. This is what we made when we worked extra hard to produce more for him. The contract states that the we would have to return all production bonuses back if we leave before 4 yrs. is this legal?
