A neighbor has an injunction against my wife fro his minor son. he states she swerved her car at him which is not true. the local police refused to take a statement from my son. SAince this day the both (father and son) harass my wife by calling her a crack whore driving by giving her the finger and the dad makes signs of oral sex everytime he drive by the house. this is a 24/7 thing. The minor has also followed her into a store and then call police to say she is following her. we have proof (video) to prove the opposite. she is at this point afraid to leave our house. we want toi get this removed or reversed. They are not afriad of us. We are afraid of them

What does the injunction require (or forbid) your wife to do? And how do you think removing the injunction will stop your neighbours from harassing her?

When they got the injunction, they likely had to file an affidavit stating the grounds for their belief that your wife was a threat, etc. Apply to court to have the affidavit lifted; you'll need to file a counter-affidavit to the effect that your wife is not a threat. If you want to have an injunction placed over THEM, the affidavit should also spell out that they are a threat to your wife. You really should get a lawyer.

Frankly I am surprised the police put up with this nonsense. Surely after the second time or so this happened they told the neighbour and son to stop this kind of mischief.
