My Grand parents unknowingly setup an AB revocable trust, which should never had been setup as an AB trust since their estate was never over 1M dollars.
My grandfather passed 12 years ago, my grandmother did not take any of the required steps to split the trust, obtaining tax id and filing tax returns.
She wants to discard this trust with the agreement of the beneficiaries and setup a new living trust. Is this possible?
