If my info is confusing just tell me and I can elaborate differently: The court appointed a guardian for me when I was sick from not being on my meds after they burned up in my house in 3/2013. During this time the probate court appointed my niece who I do not want to be a guardian over me; is not in my best interest and I want her revoked. She has nothing to do with me and she wants me put away in a facility so she does not have to deal with me. Yet I do not need to be in a locked down facility. My niece is mean and bossy and has no friends and is very manipulative. She has chased away all my church friends and particularly one of my caring persons who I currently live with. She tells every one that my friend wants my money (which I don't have), she tells people that the nurse at mental health says my friend who I live with is mentally ill (this same person I want to live with who has a master's in psychology) my niece does not she does not want me with her; however I am not leaving. She does not like this person because she is smarter than she is and she cant boss her around and I enjoy being with her, my friend has work with mentally ill people and have a masters in psychology and treats me like a person no matter my situation. My niece has taken papers to social sec and has become my payee and refuse to pay the friend I live with. She said she did not give me permission to be there. I am not leaving this nice place so she has no choice but to accept me staying here. So my friend told her that she could bring me to her if she did not approve of me being here, my niece said, no way I don't want her to live with me that's why I put her in the facility or live with someone else. I do not need/want a guardian especially her. How do I get a guardian revoked without spending money on a lawyer who may not help me or just take my money as many do...I said many but not all but I cant visit all of them to find out who is best.
